Women & Weights

This is a 6 week programme

 

This program is designed for strength and building muscle using the 3 compound lifts, squats,deadlifts and bench we will be working on lower body and upper body.

It does not matter what stage you are at beginner or advanced.

 

incorporating Weight training for women has proven to reduce the risk of injury, back pain and arthritis amongst other factors.

 

The group is kept small 7 people max to get that group personal training experience.
