Train like a boxer
Based on the training methods used by boxers, this high-intensity workout will tone shoulders, back, arms, obliques, core and abdomen.
Boxercise is non-contact, so although we will be simulating boxing moves, there is no actual hitting involved. It will leave you de-stressed and feeling great!
