 RESOURCE PAGE INTRO
Over the year’s we created and collected quite a few resources, downloads and trackers that we still use in day to day life. Writing things down helps us to embed them. In fact,  you’re 42 percent more likely to achieve your goals if you write them down on a regular basis. It has to do with how our brains work. When you write things down, you’re activating both parts of your brain, the imaginative right hemisphere, and the logic-based left hemisphere.

WHEEL OF LIFE PAGE

The 10 sections of our wheel of life represent balance.

Taking the centre of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge as 10, rank your level of SATISFACTION within each area out of 10 by drawing a straight or curved line to create a new outer edge.

The new perimeter of the circle represents YOUR ‘Wheel of Life’.

Let’s do a quick self-assessment on all 10 areas of your wheel.

How does it Look?

(Let’s jot a few notes down about how we feel?)

This exercise will help clarify priorities for goal setting, allowing you to plan so that your life is closer to your definition of balance.

Balance is personal and unique to everyone – what may be balanced for some may sound stressful or boring to others.

Balance must be assessed over time, so a regular check on these areas of your life could highlight useful patterns and help you learn more about yourself and help you grow.

Now you have thought about your wheel of life think about what a 10/10 would look like for each area?
Lets take a deeper look …………………….. Here are some questions to ask yourself?
  • Any surprises?

  • How do you feel about your life generally as you look at your wheel?

  • How do you currently spend time in these areas?

  • How would you like to spend time in these areas?

  • Which of these areas would you most like to improve?

  • How could you make space for these Changes?

  • Can you make the necessary changes on your own?

  • What help may you need from others?

  • What would make that 10/10?

  • If you move up that scale, what would you like to be happening to proof you have improved that area?

  • What would you need to happen to move up by 1 point by this time next week?

  • What might affect you moving up in that area?

  • What can you do to overcome this obstacle?

Head over to the 1% change page to see how you can start making little changes to your life.
